Grand River Community Health Centre
Introducing free mental health counselling led by a Registered Social Worker! Designed to provide support for individuals in Brantford, Brant, and Norfolk who do not have access to counselling services.
Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) offers free, short-term, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults 18+ living in Ontario who have depression, anxiety, or anxiety-related concerns.

Boots On The Ground is an anonymous Ontario-based peer support helpline where First Responders can talk to someone who’s been through it.

Good2Talk provides free, confidential support services for post-secondary students in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
BounceBack is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

BIPOC Mental Health Services
The Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program provides eligible First Nations and Inuit clients with coverage for a range of health benefits that are not covered through other social programs, private insurance plans or provincial or territorial health insurance.
The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available to all Indigenous people across Canada. Experienced and culturally competent counsellors are reachable by telephone and online ‘chat’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
DAHC provides Primary Care and Health Promotions programs in the urban centres of Brantford and Hamilton that are well-attended and currently have wait lists. Building over the last few years they have had a steadily growing presence in the areas of Mental Health, Traditional Healing and Health Promotions.

Addiction Support
SOAR Community Services is a not-for-profit organization that has been offering help to the people in Brantford, Brant, and Haldimand for over 55 years. Today, we provide our community members with support in the areas of Employment, Housing, Justice, and Addictions and Mental Health.
Get free, confidential support for depression, anxiety, addiction, gambling and other problems by connecting to a doctor, helpline, therapy session or accessing services at a Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub.
There are a number of harm reduction services available in the County of Brant, including free naloxone kits available at County of Brant library branches, safe sharps disposal containers at Brant Sports Complex and Syl Apps.
Many (but not all) pharmacies carry naloxone kits. Call ahead to check if your pharmacy has naloxone kits in stock. You can also ask the pharmacist any questions you might have.
The Brant County Health Unit provides harm reduction services in our community, including naloxone kits and training, and harm reduction supplies.

Crisis Counsellors use Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Crisis Intervention to support people who call or walk-in to access service in the Brant County area.
Here 24/7 is your front door to the addictions, mental health, and crisis services provided by 11 agencies across Waterloo Wellington.
